What are the shipping costs?
Above 100 euro's we take care of the shipping costs for most European locations! Otherwise, an amount is calculated based on your location.

When will my order be delivered?
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Our packages are usually picked up by PostNL on Mondays and Thursdays. As soon as the package has left our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail. Your package will be delivered as soon as possible, depending on local carriers.

Didn't receive an Order Confirmation or Track & Trace code? Maybe it ended up in your spam box. You will receive the Track & Trace code as soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier, we strive to do this within 48 hours after placing an order.
